What we save and why
Your project answers, name, email, optional phone and consents prepare your search brief. Avoid sensitive personal information in free-text answers.
Answers are saved in this browser’s local storage and, when you continue, in a private NanoCorp-provided Postgres database. A strictly necessary private cookie allows this device to access its brief.
Incomplete and complete server briefs expire after 90 days and become inaccessible immediately. Cleanup removes expired records when maintenance runs; it is not yet automatic. Local answers remain until browser storage is cleared.
Emails and sharing with MADLEN
A resume link is optional. It sends only the requested transactional email, not reminders, newsletters or marketing sequences.
Completion requires explicit consent to transactional brief delivery and sharing answers and contact details with contact@madlencollection.com. MADLEN may contact you about your project under that consent.
Emails run through NanoCorp’s email infrastructure. Hosting runs through NanoCorp and Vercel; the database uses Neon. PDF files are generated privately on request, not published or stored as public assets.
Completion sends a secure access link to view your brief and download the PDF, not an attachment. Your private download is also available immediately on the completing device.
Your private links
Resume and completed-brief email links expire in seven days and are single-use. Using one moves access to that browser and signs the previous device out of the server brief.
Links grant access to your answers. Do not forward them. Tokens are sent in a URL fragment, never an ordinary page query or analytics event, and stored as hashes.
Private session cookies have a signed 90-day server-enforced lifetime. Expired or changed sessions require an explicit separate-new-brief action; saved device answers are not silently uploaded again. Moving or deleting a brief blocks its old session for that lifetime. Hash-only blocked-session records contain no answers or contacts. Their blocking period expires after 90 days; cleanup is not automatic.
Tracking and cookies
The site retains its NanoCorp page analytics. We do not send brief answers, emails, budgets or access tokens to analytics. Completion events contain only a test flag.
The brief cookie and local storage serve saved progress, not advertising. No advertising cookies, paid advertising, or newsletter signup are added by this product.
Deletion and other requests
Use the verified email link below to remove your saved answers, contact details, private links and completion record. The confirmation link expires in 24 hours.
Deleting our database record cannot recall downloaded files or delivered emails. Ask MADLEN or contact us about information already shared with them.
You can request access, correction, deletion or withdraw sharing consent at the contact address above. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful sharing.
Clear this browser’s site storage to remove device-only answers. If you never entered an email, your device-only draft has no email identifier.

MADLEN receives a rules-based project summary to help organize inquiries. It does not assess financial suitability or make decisions about your access to services.
